1. Download this uniform resale certificate and the W-9 Form (download here) — please scroll through in it's entirety and complete it in full including the date and signature. (Note: you will notice at the top of this form OnVirtu LLC is listed as the seller. OnVirtu is our digital and fulfillment partner running this program on our behalf.)

2. Click the "Sign Up Now" button at the bottom and fill out the application form, and upload your completed uniform resale certificate.

3. The submitted form and upload will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours.  

4. Once we have verified your information and reviewed your application we will give you a call to understand your business channel. If we both still want to move forward after that short phone conversation, we will authorize your wholesale account and send you an invitation to create your password for the account. Once you have done that you are ready to order.

5. To place your first wholesale order you will now go to atel-store.com/account/login. Once logged in you will see your wholesale pricing.
